Jessica was quickly inspired to continue her journey with Pilates by teaching others to better understand their bodies. Pilates became a second love as she experienced its benefits on her body, enabling her to sustain a longer and stronger career as a Professional Dancer. Shortly after graduating in 2016 she moved to the greater New York City area to further pursue training in Dance. The method focuses on the use of stability against mobility which parallels many aspects of Dance.

She immediately fell in love with its ability to enhance her training. ​ Jessica was introduced to the Pilates method in 2013 while obtaining her BFA in Dance at Adelphi University.
